Part 1. 15 October.England's Bridge, Pewsey back to Wooton Rivers.
Started the process of moving back East towards my winter mooring booking at Froxfield. Not in a particular hurry to get there, just enjoying the autumn light and golden leaves.
Started from England's Bridge, though facing in the wrong direction, about to wind to the East now that we know where our winter mooring will be.
Approaching Honeystreet saw this weedcutter/garbage collector craft.
Difficult light for photography.
Slightly better pics on the walk back to the car.
Have to say that it is well needed as the reeds are taking over the canal.
So called 'Lady Bridge' the common brickbuilt ones apparently not 'decorative' enough for the local knobs when the canal was built.
